Education for Young People
We provide interactive & engaging sessions on a variety of topical and important topics around mental health and wellbeing including coping with anxiety, exam stress, healthy relationships, self-esteem and confidence.
Delivery options include: Assemblies, Classroom, Group Work and 1:1 Wellbeing coaching sessions.
