Main Counselling Service

Our Therapeutic Counselling is a self-referral service and free to access* for young people aged 11-21 who live, learn or work in Milton Keynes or the surrounding areas (areas that pay council tax to MK Council). This service is possible thanks to funding we receive from Milton Keynes Council.

The waiting list for free counselling is currently closed to new referrals.

If you live in the parish of Shenley Church End, please email us at [email protected] as we have specific funding to support young people from this area.

If you want quicker access to free counselling spaces in your area or some long-term options, please contact MK Council, your Parish Council, Ward Councillor, GP Surgery or local school and tell them to get in touch.
