1:1 Wellbeing Coaching
Our 1:1 wellbeing coaching is for anyone between the ages of 14 and 25 who would like help to manage difficult thoughts, anxiety and feelings. It can help them be more confident, develop healthy relationships and positively change their overall wellbeing. We support young people to recognise their strengths, skills and values to enable them to be the happiest, healthiest version of themselves.
Each session provides an educational and informal way to equip young people on well-being related topics, while providing a safe space that is open for sharing and communicating.

Benefits of 1:1 Wellbeing Coaching
Our Wellbeing Coaches receive individual supervision and training regularly and an enhanced DBS check and background search is a requirement of the role.
