Wellbeing & Coaching

Our wellbeing sessions are a safe space for people to connect with each other, share news, goals and achievements and to celebrate successes. They are an opportunity to learn helpful tips and techniques on how to support your wellbeing such as breathing exercises, grounding techniques, helping to reduce stress and anxiety and increase energy and motivation until we can all connect again.

We keep the sessions fun, interactive, informal and light-hearted. Essentially, the sessions will give everyone a chance to take a break from current events, connect with others, and recharge the mind, body and soul.

Sessions start from 30 minutes up to 1.5 hours with a range of reasonable prices depending on session length and content.

Teen Coaching

YiS Teen Coaching is for anyone striving to improve their quality of life. Perfect for young people who are looking for an outlet for their stress and anxieties. YiS Coaching can help a person increase vitality, raise self- esteem and lift their confidence.

A really important part of the YiS coaching process is active participation, which includes self-education and accountability. We will use a range of interactive activities to help a young person better understand their mental health and help them feel motivated and empowered through acceptance and mindful practices.

YiS Coaching sessions are personalised and very much led by the individual needs and wants. Our wellbeing coaches will listen, support and guide a young person to help them develop the skills to live their happiest and healthiest life.

Topics can include:

    • Building self-esteem and confidence

    • Setting, achieving and celebrating milestones

    • Managing stress and anxiety

    • Discussing difficult issues.

    • Resilience
